HTTP requests not firing

I saw this mentioned before, but wasn't sure if it was a resolved issue or not.

I have a set of rules that open URLS, but those GET requests aren't being triggered.

I've tested some other rules using texting and it was working, so the device is communicating and executing some commands.

Any ideas why the URLs aren't working?

also, just to make sure, how should the URLs be formatted in the box?

seems that the ampersand does not work. my url gets transmitted up to the first &. everything beyond will not get transmitted. i did a workaround by using a dot instead. but it is not a clean solution.
