Emails from a consistent address

The account pages say that my emails will come from a certain address "twine+{hex string}@supermechanical.net" but every notification comes from a different {super long hex string}@amazonses.com.  Since each notification is a new address, its useless trying to add it to the address book in my phone and enable things like custom ringtones for messages from the twine.

Mine are coming from consistent addresses, but still ending up in spam.  I have them in my contact list.
