Show resistance for moisture sensor

Rather than having "Wet" and "Dry" as the only options for the moisture sensor, a much handier output would be the resistance between the two prongs. This would allow many uses that are not currently possible such as detecting soil moisture.

With the current version of Twine, this is not possible; all external sensors are either "on" or "off".
v. 2.0 might improve on this (hope).

I swear I saw some values related to the moisture sensor when I went through the twine setup.... hmm
