Nope, Twine does not speak USB. It's only for power. Twine runs our own custom blend; Linux is way too heavy. But we hope to have some fun stuff for you to dig into next year...

Edward, looks like you pledged for the $99 unit, so there are no sensors we're waiting on for you. We made one box that can handle any kind of Twine configuration... those inserts are just there to remind you to collect the whole set.
Robert, that's actually what it does. As y'all give us feedback, we'll be fine-tuning the language, but you can think of "is above" and "is below" as "rises above" and "falls below".

Robb, you'll get an email at 2.4V, which should give you about 5 days before the batteries actually die. We're also improving the battery life as we go along — so as we get better data, we'll improve the estimates.
